Flying Duck Studio Lab, a rising start-up in the creative industry, has achieved a remarkable feat by emerging as the Rising Star at the StartUp Awards 2023 finals, held in the North East, Yorkshire and Humber. Led by their Creative Director, Alixe Lobato, Flying Duck Studio Lab showcased their exceptional creativity and captured the hearts of the judges during the event.
The StartUp Awards, established in 2022, serve as a platform to celebrate the success of start-ups across the United Kingdom, while recognising the achievements of entrepreneurs across various sectors. It pays homage to those who dare to dream big, seize opportunities, and fearlessly launch innovative products and services, acknowledging them as trailblazers in their respective fields.
The finals of the StartUp Awards took place at the Boiler Shop in Newcastle. With 33 awards presented to emerging businesses, including categories like Consumer Services StartUp, Rebel StartUp of the Year, and Social Enterprise StartUp of the Year, the event buzzed with innovation and entrepreneurial spirit.
In the second year of the North East, Yorkshire, and Humber StartUp Awards, we have seen yet again the incredible contribution of new businesses to job creation, innovation, and prosperity across the whole of this entrepreneurial nation.
