Oli Hyatt MBE
MD, BlueZoo
Oli Hyatt MBE set up Blue-Zoo in 2000 straight from university and over the following 16 years he has slowly grown the studio into one of the largest character animation studios in Europe. Oli was awarded an MBE in the Queen’s Birthday honours list for services to Children’s TV and Animation, as well as picking up BAFTA Production Company of the year for Blue-Zoo.
Cara Sheppard
Global President, Picture Shop
Cara Sheppard was recently named President of Picture Shop, Streamland Media’s picture division. In her role, she has global management of all areas of the picture finishing post-production business. Sheppard brings with her more than 20 years of industry experience, from studio operations to facility management in production and post-production.
Neil Hatton

Neil has been involved with UK Screen as a director right from its inception in 2004. His background is in broadcast post-production where he was an editor/MD/owner for 20 years and he was a pioneer of non-linear editing. He was appointed CEO in 2016 and is the organisation’s principal spokesperson and policy advocate.

Kate is a senior consultant in creative industries, working with a wide range of private and public-sector clients in the UK and internationally. Kate is Executive Chair of Animation UK, part of the UK Screen Alliance, and represents the sector to the government level, developing business, export, and skills-related policies to support the industry’s growth.
Britt Gardiner
Chief Financial Officer, Locksmith Animation
Britt has over 25 years of expertise from working in the global media and entertainment sector, being an experienced finance director and a Fellow Chartered Accountant having qualified at PWC. Britt joined Locksmith Animation, the UK’s only dedicated high-end CG animation studio, as Chief Financial officer in 2015.
Natascha Cadle

Natascha is Co-Founder and Creative Director of ENVY Post Production, which opened its doors in 2006. Having extensive knowledge of the production process and the post-production needs of producers, she has been recognised for her award-winning achievements, and has mentored for WFTV, RISE and Wonder Women TV. She also sits on the Advisory Board for Ravensbourne and ScreenSkills.
