The leading kids’ entertainment specialist has announced a deal with ITV on two seasons of the animated comedy adventure, The Guava Juice Show (26 x 11’).
Produced by Vancouver-based Mainframe Studios (Team Zenko Go, Sony Pictures Television – Kids Octonauts: Above & Beyond, Spin Master’s Unicorn Academy) and Studio 71, The Guava Juice Show is set to stream on ITVX later this Autumn.
The Guava Juice Show follows the wacky and wild adventures of 14-year-old Roi and his best friends, fearless fellow teen Jenny and Guava, a risk-averse neurotic talking fruit, as they work at a mysterious curio shop and travel to fantastical parallel worlds throughout the multiverse in a magical bathtub.
The Guava Juice Show is a YouTube Original and stars Roi Fabito, YouTube superstar and creator of the hit Guava Juice YouTube channel which has over 16.8 million subscribers and over 9 billion views and is the inspiration for the series.
Awarded Best Screenwriting for a Children’s Series at the WGC Screenwriting Awards 2023 and nominated for two Leo Awards for Best Animation Series and Best Art Direction, the series was created by John Hazlett, Lienne Sawatsky & Dan Williams. Fabito, Mainframe’s Gregory R. Little and Studio71’s Michael Schreiber executive produced along with Michael Hefferon, Adam Boorstin and Hazlett, Sawatsky and Williams.
The Guava Juice Show is an exciting new addition to our kids offering on ITVX and it’s great to be working with CAKE again. Fans of Roi Fabito and The Guava Juice Show will be able to stream it on our platform and new audiences can discover the brilliant animation.
