He started initially as an artist and supervisor, before tackling leadership and strategic growth opportunities at DNEG, Technicolor Creative Studios and most recently, Milk Visual Effects. Chris is passionate about creating the best possible experience for the teams to excel.

Kate is a senior consultant in creative industries, working with a wide range of private and public-sector clients in the UK and internationally. Kate is Executive Chair of Animation UK, part of the UK Screen Alliance, and represents the sector to the government level, developing business, export, and skills-related policies to support the industry’s growth.
Rich Moss

Rich has worked in the Post Production Industry for over 25 years. Beginning in VT ops and tape editing, Rich gained a reputation as one of the most respected finishing editors in Wales. Rich has started, built and been involved with many UK post houses including Pyramid Post Production, Platform Post Production, The Joint and Mwnci.
Lizi Bedford
Head of Studio - Film (London), Framestore
Lizi began her career with projects like Avatar and the Harry Potter series, going on to work in VFX production on over 70 films. Her responsibilities since have involved heading Framestore’s London film division as Crewing Manager, Head of Production and Global Head of Resourcing, where she worked on films and oversaw all crewing for Framestore’s network of global studios. As Head of Studio, London, she manages Framestore’s UK film division, which has been responsible for the likes of Wicked, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, Civil War, and Wonka.
Natascha Cadle

Natascha is Co-Founder and Creative Director of ENVY Post Production, which opened its doors in 2006. Having extensive knowledge of the production process and the post-production needs of producers, she has been recognised for her award-winning achievements, and has mentored for WFTV, RISE and Wonder Women TV. She also sits on the Advisory Board for Ravensbourne and ScreenSkills.
Neil Hatton MBE
Chief Executive, UK Screen Alliance
Neil has been involved with UK Screen as a director right from its inception in 2004. His background is in broadcast post-production where he was an editor/MD/owner for 20 years and he was a pioneer of non-linear editing. He was appointed CEO in 2016 and is the organisation’s principal spokesperson and policy advocate. He was awarded an MBE in the New Years Honours 2025.
Oli Hyatt MBE
MD, BlueZoo
Oli Hyatt MBE set up Blue-Zoo in 2000 straight from university and over the following 16 years he has slowly grown the studio into one of the largest character animation studios in Europe. Oli was awarded an MBE in the Queen’s Birthday honours list for services to Children’s TV and Animation, as well as picking up BAFTA Production Company of the year for Blue-Zoo.
