Eyebolls were in Los Angeles to pick up a very prestigious Thea Award for their hand drawn 2D animation and in room VFX for The Legend of Luna immersive experience.
The Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) is an international non-profit association that represents creators, developers, designers and producers of themed entertainment. It runs the Thea Awards, which are distributed annually in a range of themed entertainment categories.
The Legend of Luna entailed 12 minutes of hand drawn animation, alongside some 2D rigged, and the creation of VFX for the ‘in room’ experience. The show was designed and animated in Eyebolls’ Edinburgh studio.
